How do I cancel my storage unit?
You can cancel your unit by contacting us via phone or email.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel my rental?
All rentals are billed on the first of each month. To avoid being charged for the next month, please move out and notify us before the end of the current month.

What does prorated mean?
If you move in during the middle of a month, you will only pay for the remaining days of that month, this is called a prorated amount.

How does billing work?
Your first payment includes the prorated amount for the current month plus the full rent for the following month. After that, rent is charged on the first of each month.

When is my rent due?
Rent is automatically charged on the first of every month.

How does auto-payment work?
Auto-payment is required for all rentals. You can update or cancel it by contacting your storage provider or by logging into uhaul.com

How can I update my payment information?
Please contact your storage facility directly to update your payment details.

Can I book a unit for a future date?
It is not possible to book units in advance, as we cannot keep units empty for extended periods. However, you can email us to join a waitlist. We recommend checking availability again about two weeks before your intended move-in date.

What if no units are available?
Send us an email and we will add you to our waitlist. You can also check back later in case a unit becomes available.

How secure is the facility?
Our property is protected with 24/7 video surveillance and secure perimeter fencing to keep your belongings safe.

Why do you need my driver’s license?
We require a valid driver’s license for security purposes and to verify your identity. This helps us maintain a safe environment for all renters. Your information is kept confidential and is only shared with our trusted storage service provider for account and access management, it will never be shared publicly or used for other purposes.

How can I get insurance for my stored items?
Home or renter’s insurance may cover belongings stored in your home or rental property. If you would like extra coverage for items in storage, you can contact one of these providers: - BrokerLink - Storage Protectors - Sonnet Insurance

What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If there is no response, we will send a formal notice. Continued non-payment may result in your items becoming property of the facility and being removed.
